I stopped in for low battery issue and a passenger door window that was possessed moving up and down on its own. I appreciate that they were able to take me in right away without an appointment. They were super kind and the facilities were very clean. They ended up replacing the low battery under warranty but window issues was not fixed.

We recently had an incredible experience at this dealership, largely thanks to an extraordinary representative—Maria (my apologies if I've misremembered her name). We drove from Houston in our Model 3, low on battery, and Maria went out of her way to charge it for us, even though the dealership doesn't typically offer public charging options. Later, we picked up our new Model Y, which was spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared for us. Maria didn't stop at merely handing over the keys; she provided an extensive tour of our new vehicle, gave us valuable tutorials, and helped us configure the settings just the way we like them. This level of individualized and thoughtful service is truly rare. A heartfelt thank you to Maria and the entire team at the dealership for making our visit both memorable and enjoyable!

October 23rd 2023, As the Tesla car prices are soaring down the quality of there service is also going down the drain. Was amazed with the service an year ago and they no longer have properly trained staff to take care of customers.

Laura has been amazing. when we stepped in there were couple of customers a head of us and there were couple of employees. Laura came in and answered each and every question of ours. She was nice and friendly and gave us lots of information and suggestions on buying the vehicle. Every business needs people like Laura for them to blossom. Even though they didn't have any vehicles for test drive, laura explained each and everything in detail about the vehicle interior and exterior.
