AutoZone Auto Parts

Well AutoZone is love hate because their website is the worst anywhere, the staff are really great and helpful but the items a lot of times are out of stock I wish they would just run great prices without all the sales. You missed a sale it's really annoying when you need to buy the product anyway. Just make it a good price everyday. And put in a public restroom. I'm old and we need to use the restroom. It's a cost of doing business open the restroom to the public

The worker hit me with the box that held my purchase. I ordered a part and went to the store on the date and time for pickup. At first it was just a lot of wandering around the store and saying I don’t see it. The female worker and myself saw it said received. She asked the male coworker, and he went on to tell me that the part has not been delivered yet and is not ready for pick up. I informed him I saw the screen that stated it was delivered. I then asked him if there was a tracking number. He proceeded to put in the tracking number and saw that it was delivered to the store, but yet they could not find it. Not only am I inconvenienced, I have wasted my time gas for a part that’s there. I cannot pick up the part due to their lack of tracking it within the store. Now I’m informed they ordered the wrong part. At the time that I ordered the part, myself and the two workers went outside and looked at my car went back inside and she ordered the part. I reiterated it was the passenger side , but now I have a part for the driver side that I cannot even use. Plus the part I was supposed to have is more expensive. I’m inconvenienced even more because they have to find the part that has already been delivered and order the new one. Now that I look back the person that placed the order may have been under some influence, due to small cues. Poor customer service overall.

Buen trato y atentos

This one and the one for off of National by the 5 north are horrible. I came in a few weeks ago after my car had just been serviced by roadside. I needed a new battery and needed to keep my car on and they declined to help me on the battery install. Today when I came To drop off the old battery another customer was mad because they didn’t help him either and the employee proceeded to laugh at the irate customer and tell other customers he’s “crazy”. I understand that customers frustration because I know nothing about tools. I paid $300 for a battery that I could have got cheaper somewhere else but got it here thinking it would be installed. Very disappointed in both stores.
