William was an absolute boss and not only got me in SAME DAY but I was in and out in what seemed like 30 min or less (if that). Incredible service and speed.


Additionally, he helped me diagnose a steering column issue that’s known on my make and model and saved me a TON of time guessing and trying to figure it out myself. Have been here a couple times before I believe as well and every time it’s a smooth process. Clean facility, great people, and will be back again for sure. Thanks William!


This Firestone location is fantastic. I have a rental car from Enterprise which said it was a quart low on oil. I took the vehicle in and they took care of it right away. Really appreciate the service at this Firestone

They were very busy that day. There was no way with their work load that they would be able to keep my 5pm appointment. I Thought I would be rescheduled, but instead they stayed late and did a great job on my alignment and took care of my issues same day.

Anthony and his team at Firestone in Friars did an excellent job assisting me in getting four new tires and an alignment, all while addressing any questions I had. The staff's professionalism and courtesy were commendable, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. Their time frame for completing the job was about accurate, and they even accommodated my request to reschedule my previous appointment to an earlier time. Overall, I have no complaints, and I highly recommend Firestone in Friars for their outstanding service. I plan to update this review after using the tires for a while to provide additional feedback on the quality of them tires.

Called and made an appointment. Got an email confirmation of the appointment and showed up for the appointment the following day. Was told by the associate that they couldn’t take me. He said it wasn’t an actual appointment.
He said Firestone corporate slides in appointments on their calendar that they are unable to take. He said they will call those people to cancel but no one called me. He said there were too many to call (then showed me a list of about 12 names that needed to be called). He said they couldn’t take me until Saturday (this was Wed). I said I had planned to have a ride come pick me up so I could drop the car off and then he said they could take me if I dropped the car off. I asked how that was possible if they had no availability until Saturday.
At this point he got tired of dealing with me. He really didn’t seem to care at all the whole time. Blamed “firestone call center” but when I asked when my car would be done if I left it overnight he said he didn’t know. I understand being annoyed at corporate policy but have a little customer service and at least pretend to care. Of course I would be annoyed at leaving work early, arranging a ride and coming here for an appointment only to be told “it’s not a real appointment”.
He gave me a card that said Will Duplain but I’m not sure if it was his card or just the store managers card.

Made appt WEEKS in advance. Appt was 11:00 12/7/23.This is my first oil change, tire rotation, front end alignment. Person who checked me in said it would be an 1 and a half to 2 hours max. Myself and one of the person we're the only people in the waiting room the entire time. At the 2-hour mark I asked for an update. They hadn't even taken in the car yet to be serviced. Not one time did any employee come up to me and say that my service was going to be delayed. Waited an extra 40 minutes and had the oil changed only and will reschedule for front end alignment and tire rotation. The only reason I would go back is because I bought lifetime services for those. May or may not go back for oil change in the future??? To wait 2 hours and not have any correspondence/update was total disrespect to me as a client and my time. Customer service as far as that sucked.
