Wanna get the basics in bulk and spend too much money on things you don't need casue you cant resisy, +$200 later. That's this place.

Come for the cheap hot dogs and pizza stay for the bargains! Always fun to get a hot dog with a loved one and then score a bargain on something. Don't go if you want gourmet food but if you like a great hot dog with a soda for $1.50 this is the place! When my kids were young this was our eating out spot.

The first time I went with a friend who just so happens to be non-white and while we were checking out, the ALL white staff came up to us about 5 times asking ridiculous things. One of the staff even told my friend he needed a new picture on his Costco ID bc he “couldn’t see him”. It was a very uncomfortable experience for me, let alone my friend. You would think ignorance and racism wouldn’t be so present in San Diego, but not shocked.

Refused to let me ship cause I have my service dog with me but yet others have been in there with non service dogs

It's almost like the other Costco. It's just that they have some items that some costco don't have and vice versa. Check out was fast. Parking is crowded.

Great set up love the snacks and the customer service is always excellent. Top rated Costco in Southern California this Hass to be my favorite store. If you’re in the mission valley area and want to grab great quality products with lines, not as long as other Costco’s then go to the spot.

Dont buy the Kirkland tripple A batteries. Both packages we've bought have had random batteries ooze out of remotes and oven thermometers. One remote had one explode. We bought duracell after that and have had no issues. Sure they'll give you a refund or another pack of tripple A batteries. But that doesnt fix the fact theyre defective.

Avoid going to the self check out at all cost. You get "carded" at the self checout. For whatever reason it just rubs me the wrong way. You have to show your membership card or open up your app to prove that it's you.

The staff at the Costco Mission Valley are always friendly and helpful. Their prices are great and they have a good selection of everything from household products to produce. The gas station next to it is busy, but the line moves fast and again, the price is right.
