Costco Wholesale Morena Plaza

Doesn't seem to get as crowded as other Costcos so I normally come to this location. Same with the gas station

Typical costco, parking lot is a mess, confusing organization of products inside the store.

Haven't been to a lot of Costco's but this is definitely a very unique one compared to what I've seen in the Midwest. Very cool

Workers are efficient and friendly.

Lots of good options. Especially pretty Christmas decor preparations right now.

I came here specifically for mixed nuts and found 3 great options.

Parking is busy like many Costcos but I am rarely frustrated.

If you're looking for a Costco on steroids, this is it. The warehouse is larger and seems to have more options than other locations. I'm only in the area for my children's activities, so I'm usually in a hurry and find there are too many salespeople I need to avoid.

Jameson, the floor manager, is outstanding. We went to purchase eye glasses for my husband but I had not gotten him a card when I brought the family card. We had to get one before he could order his glasses. There was a long line to get cards (we waited over an hour) then Jameson stepped in to help the counter staff. That is what a manager who cares about customers and staff does. He clearly understands good management.

I bought lobster tails yesterday, handled them properly (kept refrigerated) and cooked them today less than 24 hours after I bought them… all of them had a very strong ammonia smell during and after cooking… that means they’re spoiled. Costco has to be more careful with the seafood they sell

Although it was crowded, all the lines went fast.

Parking is tough. I prefer to park in the back near the business center and stay way clear of the gas station. But once you are parked everything is clean and efficient. Lines move quickly and everything is orderly and we'll stocked.

Always awesome! Great prices. Some excellent deals on wine! Nice selection of TV's at a good price with tech support and 2 year warranty. Back again, for rotisserie chicken! Update: A great place to get eye glasses! Update: still great, but super busy with holidays! Update- member since 1984. Always awesome!

I love, love, love this warehouse. It was and will always be Price Club store 101 for me. The location is perfect, the employees are great, the store is always clean, stocked, quick moving. I love that there is gas there. The only drawback is the parking. Can't do anything about that though as there is nowhere else to add on. I just look at it as an adventure! : ). I still say it's the best warehouse to shop at in the world!

Sam’s club offers the same services, gas station, pharmacy and optical, they offer better deals and the people is really nice, they have self check out, also fast check out to scan with just your phone and you only show your membership card at the entry door.
I stopped going to Costco at Morena since your employees were rude to my friend for having an emotional support dog with her, even your self check out machine has an attitude, the tone of the voice is rude when not placing items on the side, today I went there because I hadn’t gone in months and as usual my experience wasn’t pleasant, I was asked to show my membership card at the entry door and also while I was in the line for self check out but that was not enough, your employee asked to see the photo I’m the back of the card to make sure it was me, even after seeing my photo she still asked if the person in the photo was me, I don’t like your service and I hope you improve it.
