- Budget gave us a nice Prius, a 2020 (!), we were the last rental for this car before it’s to be sold. It drove perfectly and got excellent gas mileage, very clean although basic (manual seat controls, no auto-sensing to open doors). The staff were efficient at pick-up, and downright amazingly friendly and helpful at drop-off in San Jose, CA. The price was better than all other options.
- Io e mio marito abbiamo noleggiato un auto per 21 giorni, con la quale abbiamo girato tre stati USA. La prima auto, dopo 10 giorni ci ha dato un problema, abbiamo chiamato l’assistenza, e non conoscendo bene la lingua inglese ci hanno fornito un interprete. Immediatamente ci hanno risolto il problema, attraverso un cambio auto totalmente gratuito. Al momento della riconsegna auto c’è stato un errore di sistema, per cui risultava che la prima auto cambiata fosse priva di pieno, e così ci sono stati addebitati 96$. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni al punto informazioni, il consulente ha chiamato il menager che ci ha seguito per tutta la pratica scrivendo sul traduttore. Alla fine ci ha risolto il problema, con cortesia, celerità e disponibilità.
È stata un’esperienza sicuramente positiva, perché queste pratiche sono sempre molto delicate, soprattutto per chi non conosce la lingua e non riesce a spiegarsi. Davvero sono contenta di aver scelto loro, super professionali e con eccellente assistenza. Grazie
- Pick up and drop off was easy. There were no queues. All staff were friendly and professional. The car itself was in good condition, and possibly an upgrade. I had problems providing the requested advance information online, which was frustrating, but it was sorted out quickly and easily by phone. I would happily use Budget again at these locations.

Proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
