Whole Foods Market San Jose

The staff is spot on. Special Thanks to Elizabeth who was working there on Tuesday. It's incredible how with very little time the staff members can make you remember a place and a brand with a smile.

Excellent place to visiting and have shopping

Deli sandwiches are pretty tasty, but the speed of service and the amount of deli meat put on the sandwich is inconsistent from server to server.

Security is chill. Price is higher than expected.

You walk in that store and it stinks by the food department it kills your appetite, like your shoulders are the highest thing on your body so are the prices in there. And how do you know that the stuff in there is organic?

Prices for food expensive. Not enough disabled parking. No amazon returns

Great deli and sushi counter, and a place to sit and eat. Water bottle filler too!

Love this place! Everything is so fresh

The huge salad bar was amazing!!! Lots of choices and everything was fresh.

My visit with whole foods market wasn't like I thought it would be, the prices of items are high and don't really have what I wanted if I return to this market it would be for the roast turkey breast sandwich if I'm in the area.

This is possibly the worst whole foods location I’ve yet encountered. They’re always out of hot food, pizza, and the salad bar is always empty. When you call to order anything, they either never pickup or cite extremely long wait times. There’s definitely an issue of the food counters being understaffed.
Also, there’s this one blonde lady employee who works there who is extremely rude, and has no idea how to deal with customers. She literally swore at me while exiting the parking lot one day.
Clearly despite all the horrible reviews, management has done nothing to improve the customer experience. At this point I don’t even think they care. Pathetic.

You can find almost everything here. I always do the shopping here, both because iits high quality and its close to my apartment.
