Scheduled a test drive online. Checked in was quick and the staff weren't pushy on sales. Test drive was for 30 minutes, but they didn't mind that we ended up taking 45 minutes even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. 30 minutes is not long considering the traffic around Santana Row.


Chris was very helpful in confirming our decision to buy our first Tesla. We had a test drive scheduled for late in the evening and even with just a few minutes left before the store closed, he let us test drive a second model as well with no qualms. He is very knowledgable and explained things to us in great detail.


Rachel is a good sales and is very responsive. She helped me buy a Tesla in just 30 minutes, very efficiently. Due to personal reasons, I needed to reschedule the delivery, and she also helped me with that. I highly recommend her!

Definitely a fun store to visit. Stopped by to check on the new cyber truck to make sure that what I ordered 2019 is really what I wanted. New cyber truck does not disappoint and looks so much better in person than any picture could ever describe. Little off put that they've got young kids standing at the front forcing you to sign in just to get in the door, seems a little extreme and a little intrusive.

I hate Tesla's customer service. They treat me like I am a child and like they need to teach me a lesson. They keep blaming me and saying it is my fault. They make it seem like it is my problem and that they don't care. They gave me a disrespectful attitude like they are proud of their messed up system. They keep trying to justify their policy by saying it is valid. They just said there is nothing they can do to help me. If I were their boss I would fire them. I regret being a Tesla customer. Not that they care though. Tesla is evil. I don't care that I am wasting my time. Tesla needs to know how upset I am. I felt like using profanity. I drove here today late afternoon (Friday, November 17, 2023). I ended up leaving with no refund for my idle fee.
Update (Saturday, December 9, 2023) Unfortunately, I do need to mention the name of the Asian lady I talked to. Her name is Rachel. She was quite useless in being able to help me. She is not someone customers can count on for help.
