I just called to ask a simple question about a visa for staying in 6 months and the lady was rude and talking to me condescendingly. She started to yell at me and when I was finished asking questions she said “okay good. Bye”
If you don’t like your job and are that miserable, then go somewhere else

So far terrible. There are no appointments available until the end of September... Germany, if you don't service your Consulate maybe it's time to automate some of your services. You claim you add appointments daily, but there is nothing to be found. Not exactly "German Efficiency" that we know. My emails are going into a black hole and calls go nowhere- I'll update this review, if I have a better experience.

I just applied for a new passport. The process was fast. The staff was very professional and friendly. The process was fast and easy. 5 stars!
