Mattress Firm Geary

Good prices. Terrible service would not buy again. Payed for a matress delivery and was given a huge windo of 10-4 i took of work and stayed home. I recieved a text from an apparent manager who was handling the delivery team. I texted and called repeatedly asking where they were and got no response until 5 when they said they stopped by at 10 and no one was there. They did not text me email me, knock or ring the doorbell simply showed up and left when not immediately let in. I called the store manager and they were not helpful and insisted it was my fault for not letting them in. Will never buy from Here again

Our experience at Mattress Firm was amazing. Mani was very knowledgeable and relatable, taking us through the full experience. Shoutout to Timothy as well who friendly and personable! Enjoyed being in the store and making our purchase.

Mattress shopping can be a bit like buying a car. I’ve been high pressured at some mattress stores to the point that even if I liked a mattress there, I wouldn’t want to hang around long enough to buy it.

I came in on a Friday afternoon and I had Manny’s undivided attention. I probably spent an hour or more, telling him what I needed, trying different mattress types, talking about what I liked and didn’t like (too bouncy on the pillowtop, wallowing in the Tempurpedic) until I tried the Serta Hybrid (it’s in the back of the store). Wow. I know that the demo mattress has had a long break-in, and my mattress wouldn’t feel exactly like that right away, but it was just right.

Manny gave me a very good package with two pillows. I even spent some extra time just talking with Simone and Tim, we had a lovely time. I put down a deposit, but needed some time to figure out the delivery. Manny gave me a target date about 10 days away, said I could call and set up a delivery earlier. I went back the following Tuesday and met Andrew, another lovely individual and scheduled the delivery for the next day.

Great communication from the delivery bot, with very specific tracking. The drivers were lovely as well. My new mattress and pillows are going to be great. Thank you all so much.

We bought the firmest mattress available and it started sagging immedaitely. Paid $80 to go through the warranty process and Mattress Firm completely dropped the ball. It has taken hours to try to fix it, and we are getting nowhere.
