- My car shut off late Saturday night on my way home from work. I made it safe and scheduled an appointment online for Sunday morning. When I called them first thing this morning they were already working on getting me what I needed. They assessed the situation and discovered that it was not as bad as we thought. They didn’t have the parts though and didn’t think they could until Monday morning. But I needed to be at LAX at 11am to pick up my daughter flying in. The manager got the parts and fixed my issue. He went above and beyond to help me. This is my new favorite shop for my car. I’m so happy to have found this place. I’m new to California and now I feel better knowing that I have this honest, friendly car service shop.
- Firestone was great! Hadn't been there for years, since I moved to another part of town. I had a problem after 5:30. Saw they were open til 7:00 on google. Called them around 6:00 & they told me to come on over and they would do all they could for me. And they did. They were very friendly. I really appreciated that. Very different vibe from the place I've been using. Will use Firestone again!
