- A former associate had his car serviced here in June of last year and Firestone was great! Very professional, polite, and accurate. The staff did a really good job on his hybrid. He came back two more times during his stay in Los Angeles.

- Road hazard warranty is great. Ended up spending 38 bucks vs 146 after a busted tire. Great service. Asked for an hour with the vehicle and got my car back on the dot.

- Came in to get my bald tires replaced. The team at Firestone were beyond helpful and accommodating to my and my car’s needs. And on top of the great service, they gave me a better deal than the quote i got from other locations. Thanks guys! I’ll definitely be back.

I called this company and told about the problem with my car, she Jennifer Arlon said that I need to come and do an inspection and then maybe they will change the spare part or repair, she scheduled a time first for me in 25 minutes, it was 10:30 am, I arrived there and they told me you have to wait about an hour only to find out the reason and repair or replacement for another two or three hours, I said ok, I waited an hour and 15 minutes, then I ask, what am I waiting for, they tell me the master hasn’t finished yet, will you wait or will you come later, I’m very disappointed, this is madness to do this to clients, Why make an appointment then on time?

Didn’t know how to work with our Tesla Model 3. Instead of aligning our car, they messed it up, created errors throughout the car — traction busted, regenerative braking busted, autopilot busted, lane change assistance busted. And had no idea how to fix it. Plus, the car pulled to the right badly after the ‘alignment’. Wasn’t pulling until they got their hands on it. Took the whole day and just handed us the car at the end and shrugged. So bad. Left us with a car that was dangerous to drive. Terrible experience. Tesla owners should avoid this place.

The La Cienega location is better, but they couldn’t fix all the problems that these jokers caused. Forced to drive without traction, autopilot, and a ton of safety features for days until it could be fixed.

I had great experience at firestone's Manhattan Beach store and at Santa Monica store. Both sales people were great.
Polite. Listened and helpful.
At these locations and fid their best to find me a good deal on the tires.
I ultimately bought the tires at Santa monica location
Only complaint at Santamonica store is, there was no Coldwater or coffee available for customers waiting for long time. And TV is hung too high, hurt my neck to look up and watch

I don't know if there's new management or what is going on. I always go to this location with an appointment and I'm out within 45 minutes. But today we showed up with an appointment, were not told that it would take longer and we're still here 3.5 hours later. And now they're saying it's because they had to wait for certain technicians to do an inspection on the car, when all we asked for was an oil change and to check the tire pressure.
Waste of our time and our money. Makes me want to never go back to Firestone.
