Stopped in purchase 2 tv's. One for our outdoor kitchen area and one for our bar/family room. The associate who worked with us was knowledgeable and helpful. We made our purchase of two Samsung tv's. One 43" and one 75".

Over the years I have spent 1000s of dollars at Best Buy, purchasing appliance, computers, Apple devices, etc. I purchased a video game for my daughter to be delivered to her at her college in Sarasota. It was sent to the wrong address completely, not even the same street. I have now spent hours and hours going back and forth between Best Buy and Fedex with no resolution, so basically I'm not getting what I paid for. I will never purchase an item at Best Buy again. I highly suggest NOT purchasing items and having them shipping by Best Buy. If it gets lost, that's basically it, you are out of luck, sorry. The best part is them sending me back and forth between them and fedex, trying to shirk their responsibility. I will also file a claim with the BBB. Bye Best Buy, it's been real.

Alright, best but, what to say.
Don't like to go there. Extremely annoying policy of asking customers where they're going as soon as they enter the store. Jesus, leave me alone, I'll go wherever I have to and want to. Only store to ever do this so aggressively. Leave people wandering alone...

You may stay in the line for 20-30 min easy, even if you are the only one customer. Happens every time. Worst customer service.

I went to the Geek Squad for a tuneup on my laptop. The waiting in line until 10:45 am for a 10:20 am for a drop off appointment. Then on pick up date I have 10:20 am appointment 5 days later to tell me my laptop is not done. Ridiculous!
