Best hospital in Seattle. Staff are very friendly very caring were so helpful. They actually care about you there. Very professional. Really good hospital. I love this place. Thank you. What a wonderful hospital really is such good people

It's horrible to find your way around. Staff helpful giving directions. In the 1960's and 70's it was a great hospital. ER staff is rude. Advise not to go. ...and this is the hospital I was born. Since Swedish Hospital involved patient care is not great. Moved my Mom to Northwest Hospital for great care.

They basically tell you nothing is wrong and when something is wrong. Just want to bill you get money and not do any work.

Incompetent, dangerous mess.
No evidence-based medicine, no standard of care, horrible treatment of patients. I used Swedish for all of my healthcare needs previously and am now going out of my way to never use them for anything again.
Also, their billing department bills bogus insurance companies and sends statements to the wrong patient address' so that bills will end up in collections. Is that not fraud? I've had 3 bills go to collections all for the same reasons, and Swedish could care less.
