They are generally friendly & helpful, with most employees asking if you need help but they can also be pretty rude with them just blowing by you like they are on a mission & you're in their way. I had an employee just snatch a watch band display from us so that they can show "their" client without even a simple "excuse me" or "could I get that from you when you are done?" Pretty rude but all people can be rude right? Maybe they work on commission?

BLAKE was very helpful today w my AirPods. Great customer Service and kind.

They replaced the damaged part in the back of my Iphone. They fix it but they forgot to put back the Sim Card. I called, no response. I will have to go back for the third time.

I was there a few times. It’s a typical Apple Store and everyone was helpful. There was an issue when I took my phone there the first time. I get the issue fixed with the phone, but the person who helped me erased my T-Mobile eSIM and I had to get I replaced.

On Sunday, March 19. I sat at The Genius Bar with Kyle (now, I don’t know if the following decisions and processes were on Kyle or someone else) and I was there on time for my appointment to bring in an M1 MacBook for repair of a cracked display. Diagnostics were ran with the laptop open so the obvious cracked display was visible. My partner was with me. Cracked display. Apple shipped it off for repair, and apple then contacted me saying they found another issue - a cracked display. I paid $500 in the store to get a laptop screen fixed, and was then contacted to pay another $450 for the issue I brought up in store. What’s being fixed for $1,000? It’s not a Mac Pro. Kyle mentioned if other issues were found (such as water damage) that the quote would change. Again, Kyle assured me the laptop was being sent it for repair of a cracked display, only for technicians to reach out and say they found a cracked display, and to pay more money. I need it to run my business, and I’ve been given such a lazy, corporate runaround.

Awesome place exceptionnel customer service very nice smart and professional staff one of the best experience I had in a Apple Store

Steve Jobs could whip this place back to perfection.

Cute outdoor mall with some great stores and Restaurants like Din Tai Fung!

Parking can a bit of a challenge as this is a popular spot.
