- Small place. High prices. Customer service is sub par. Do not recommend
- Bought a tool set but they charge new price for a possibly a used tool. Sure enough, it was loaner tool when I got there.
They need to make it loud and clear on their website the tools that they sell at new price will be USED and not NEW. I am not sure if this is a new trend in retail that I am not aware of? Spent a good hour and back through Seattle traffic just to find out. Bought the same tool set used in like new condition through Amazon at 60 percent of new price.
- Had the parts I needed and at a reasonable price.
