- This TJs location is a tightly run ship. The cashiers are engaged and friendly and that speaks volumes to me. When I've had to talk someone on the floor to ask a question, they are ALWAYS personable. I'm impressed how even if someone is stocking and a coworker talks to them, they keep working! There is no idle standing around and discussions about when their break is coming. The store is clean. The parking lot is clean. Product is rotated. All signs point to the Crew Members as caring about how they project themselves and their store. The products sell themselves. I have 4 TJs I'm regularly in the area of and I CHOOSE the WS location because of the crew. I hope someone at the store sees this and encourages all the staff to read this and see the compliment.
