- Awful customer service. Awful groomers. They call you and give you five minutes to get to the store and if you don’t make it in that allotted time they charge you extra fees. We’ve been to petsmart locations in California, Nevada and different ones here in Utah and have never been charged with a “late pick up fee”. And we’ve never had such horrible customer service. Not to mention they cut one of our dogs and didn’t tell us.
