More employees than guests should be a good thing except when they're all just standing in the middle of the store laughing at the top of their lungs having a good ole time.

Waited for a 45 min for a curbside delivery and finally went into store and clerk was alone and none of the product was ready. Don’t waste your time with curbside. Either have delivered or go into store

The staff were great. But we're still waiting to hear about why $50 was deducted from our gift card which was given to us when we returned an item.

THANK YOU KYLE !!!! The assistant manager was beyond patient and helpful when another location and computers messed up my order. He took the time to calmly call card services for me and get every thing squared away.

Was there at opening time, 10:00 a.m. one morning, to have a phone screen protector replaced, and they told me at the front door that they were still waiting for their phone guy to come in, he was late for work. He finally showed up about 15 minutes late. Other than that, everything was great. Service was great. Honored their warranty. Super friendly. Just need to get their employees to come to work on time. To be fair tho, good helps hard to find these days...actually, any help is hard to find these day's.

Sadly I've been coming here to this location for business related matters rather than pleasure. Although, if I lived in the area I would definitely go in more often. However, I have to give this location credit. We order a TON of MS surface laptops from here and they have our order ready for pickup really quickly and efficiently. Everyone is super nice and friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend this location for all of your electronic needs. Especially if you use them for work. Thanks for this well managed location, Best Buy. Keep it up!

There's a rep named Steven who is all over the place in the best possible way. Good experience today. Getting a car alarm next week. I went in not quite knowing what I needed and he totally helped me narrow it down to what's going to work in my situation.
