- Definitely recommended to this service. The process was swiftly smooth from reserving a car to pickup and return the car. The staff was very helpful and provided wonderful service enhanced more enjoyable experience to my family vacation. The vehicle met my family needs as I reserved. Although the inside vehicle needed a little more cleaner, instead of I cleaned when picked up; however, overall I satisfied with the service.
- I have recently rented a Honda CRV from Budget Rental at Tampa Airport for 14 days. I had very quick service collecting the car after I booked it in advance on-line in the UK. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car itself was very comfortable to drive, had plenty of room for all the luggage and was ideal for driving to Bonita Springs about 150 miles from Tampa. Overall it was a very good experience and I would happily book a car with Budget Rentals again.
