- Went to get my dog nails trimmed and Dremel , the job was done very well , but the employee was not very talkative, or in a good mood, did not smile or anything, will probably try some other place next time.
- I love going to the store with my dog because we always feel special. Everything went well, the service, I found what I needed, the staff was very friendly and they were very nice to my dog. The store was clean and had a good stock of the inventory of food for my dog and there was no line to pay.
- Rating the grooming experience. Took my dog to get a bath. The Furminator treatment for shedding, hygienic trim and cut body trim. The day of. Right off the bat the girl called and seemed like she did not want to do it. Explaining you’re not supposed to shave long coats. I mean obviously… on drop off i went inside to further explain exactly what I wanted because I did my research and that was what I wanted for my dog. As I was explaining the girl seemed like she was really annoyed and did not want to do it. Then another lady that’s works there stepped in and said she wants this this and this and explained to the girl exactly want I wanted. She even said, “it’s what I always do to this one dog.”
At the end of the day my dog just got a bath and I don’t even think they did the furminator treatment as he’s still be shedding as much as before. Really really negative experience and super STRESSFUL. It seems like it depends who is with your dog that day. And I just assuming.. but I DONT think that girl treated my dog very nicely as he was highly anxious and scared afterwards. Unless you have rapport with a particular groomer STAY AWAH FROM GROOMING HERE.
- Great group working here and knowledgeable. As a first time puppy owner they helped me get what I needed and even saved me some money with a new puppy coupon book they have. Saved like $85. Great experience
