- Couldn't find help on the floor, many shelves in feline health care empty. May be a supply problem but that is what notices on the shelves are for. Check out was ok but disappointed otherwise. Too many foods mixed in with treats over 3 or 4 aisles, so finding something akin to a treasure hunt. Would have awarded 3 stars if I could have found assistance. Below average for a "specialty" store. Will update if I return. Returned... one star.
- Kristine and Frank were a great help. As a first time pet owner i had plenty of questions and they patiently answered them all.
- I take my dogs there for grooming for years. Everyone is very good!
- Very friendly staff even though they are understaffed very knowledgeable girl at the fish department Unfortunately they did not have that many selections she said that might have a new ship in coming tomorrow I'll take it out she was very knowledgeable and very amicable wish I remember her name dark hair beautiful smile yeah I'm getting older hahaha
