I always have a good experience when I come here! Staff is super friendly, helpful, and I didn't wait in the lobby very long after filling out my paperwork. They also take the extra step to help you if you have any questions.

I made an appointment online for the next day and there was just one slot open towards the end of business hours. From personal experience of how I feel at the end of a shift, I figured an end-of-day appointment could either go very poorly or rather well. I was late to my appointment but the paperwork was fairly straightforward and the woman at the front desk(I didn't get her name but she had amazing nails) was efficient and helpful, so filling out paperwork didn't take long. I saw the doctor right away. He was also efficient and helpful-- I feel like he listened to my concerns and he was pretty thorough with information, which I appreciate, given that I was late to an appointment at the end of business hours. Afterwards, another woman (Laura) helped me out with questions regarding registration. She was very patient and also thorough regarding information. All in all, I had a pleasant experience. I'd also like to add that a man came in after I arrived claiming to have made an appointment online with a doctor that wasn't at that location. The woman at the front desk explained that they'd had an issue with scheduling all day, but would be happy to accommodate him for the next day with a doctor at this location. Though he repeatedly expressed displeasure (this is a nice way to say it), she did an amazing job speaking to him because he was clearly irate, losing his cool, and definitely edging on disrespectful. She handled him with grace and composure. He ended up leaving after another employee overheard him from another room and came in. Though the situation was cringe-worthy on his end, the ease at which the employees handled the situation gave me a feeling of being in good hands. I've already recommended this specific location to someone else and am really glad I picked them out of the other options.

They scheduled appointments for me without my knowledge or consent. I had already went to the doctors to get my prescription reuped a few days ago then I check my email this morning to find they scheduled one for me without asking me and when I called to cancel they said it was standard procedure. So it's standard procedure to force appointments onto your patients without their consent and hope they either just go through with the appointments so marajuana Doctor can get their money or not show up and get a cancelation fee because they didn't check their email and figure out soon enough
