I came here because my normal doctor at DocMJ was booked until next week and my recs were expired. Upon entering, the place was packed. They forgot to send me the paperwork to complete before my appointment so my appointment time was delayed due to having to do it once I was there and it was sent to my phone. After this, I saw the doctor who told me that my recommendations would be available within 10-15 minutes. Nobody mentioned needing to remove my previous physician from the OMMU. After waiting an hour with nothing, I called Marijuana Doctors 844 number. The first rep was very unhelpful, telling me that it can take up to 24 hours. I called and spoke to someone else who then informed me they can’t add my recs because my old physician wasn’t removed, so I did so. She then informed me she can’t access that doctors login, so she now has to send a request to the area manager and wait for his response to have this issue corrected and my recommendations added to my OMMU account. This whole process and runaround has been not only extremely frustrating and time consuming, but just completely unlike any other place I have been to in order to have this done. It has been made entirely more difficult than it should or needs to be. Please have your doctors care more about their patient and the process being done correctly rather than rushing through and just trying to speed through it causing mistakes to be made. The ONLY positive thing about this office is the 2 ladies who work at the front desk. They are very polite and tried to be as helpful as possible while I was there.

I really enjoy being a part of this location and practice. The staff is super friendly and considerate of the conditions that brought me to the clinic in the first place. Definitely recommend!
