- My mom and I walked in today to purchase a mattress for my son. When our order was complete, Russell found that he'd missed the "next day" delivery cutoff by a minute. He sent off a quick email to the warehouse and our mattress will be arriving next day!! He truly went above and beyond to make it happen for us!! AND he included a gift for my active military son on his own as a thank you for his service.

- Customer service agent sold us a box spring and the experience was great. Very low stress transaction and he had other customers and dealt seamlessly. I regrettably lost his business card so I don’t have his name but he seems to be the primary employee at your 1540 sw Wanamaker store.
