- If you're looking for declining quality and rising prices, you're in the right place at WF. Sprinkle some really tasteless salad bar and questionable sales only on bad or nearly expired foods, with an attitude, and you've found the P St location! Then again what's your other options?

- I enjoy coming to this Whole Foods. Everyone is nice but Maurice, I believe that’s how you spell his name, he’s at the pizza department, he’s always a pleasure to speak to. His pizzas are always cooked right and looks so deliciously good.

In my time in Washington DC, this place kept me healthy with the best choices in the area. "P Street Whole Foods" always offered sales and was price competitive. Customer Service and Clerks were always on par of getting it right. Was also the go to point for those visiting town and who wanted fresh options while having a DC layover. I sent many a DC newcomer and visiting Friends there. Photos of past Chrisrmas presents purchased there are attached.

The original Whole Foods Market opened in 1980 with a staff of only 19 people. It was an immediate success. At the time, there were less than half a dozen natural food supermarkets in the United States. We have grown by leaps and bounds since our first store opened.
