- Went for business purchase. No line to check out, Saturday morning good time to check out, I believe.
- Protect your personal safety and go to a different one. Helpfulness of the staff is hit and miss. Garden center is sparse and the plants are infested with mites. Best of all, the parking lot is the only place in DC I have seen carjackers hunting in broad daylight, and the data backs it up as the hottest hunting ground in DC (google "dc crime cards"). I had a great time being accosted and followed back to my car by a man in a mask aggressively asking what I drive.
- Pretty big store but a bit overwhelming. Staff were really nice though!
- Home Depot is a nationally recognized one-stop shop for the DIY variety
- The best experience! I came into home depot with a project in mind and was confident that I knew what I was doing. Reality quickly hit and I actually didnt know what I was doing. After spending two hours at the cutting station trying to figure out how to correctly cut the baseboards I was frustrated and didnt know what to do. Several employees walked by and didnt offer any help at all until Thomas Stevens offered help and took his time to make sure I got exactly what I needed! He was so kind and patient! I never had an experience that good at home depot ever in my life. Thomas is definitely a great employee that clearly goes above and beyond to help others! Thomas is for sure someone you'll want to keep on your team! Thank you Thomas!
- My 1st stop for any kind of home improvement that I can do myself lol. They always have what I need.
- Staff were interested in helping and even spoke to ME to see if I needed help without me asking. Store was clean and a couple checkouts were actually staffed, not just the usual self/checkouts you find at a lot of big box stores these days.
The parking lot is too busy for my taste. And I shouldn’t take off for that but I am
