- lowes the warehouse of everything in the branch of construction recognized at the national level of the USA variety in everything in the home be it electricity, plumbing, carpentry, gardening, and everything related to construction
- The worst experience in the world!!!!! I'm not talking about customer service but about the way in which the company works on its custom orders.
I bought some doors by special order and it has been the worst experience of all, the store does not show seriousness at all when it comes to delivery dates, I bought 3 doors (of which they could not take my order in the store, they said they only do it online) the first one gave me a delivery date and I scheduled my entire project according to that, then they delayed the date two more weeks behind the delivery of the house in which we worked again when it finally arrived it was damaged and because it was made to measure the only solution was to take it damaged or return it and place the order again waiting for at least 2 more weeks with the risk of delays again. My company works by subcontract for a builder and this delayed me for more than a month just because they did not meet their delivery dates, I paid for my purchase, I did not ask for more time than the one they specified and they simply had no solutions for me other than washing their hands with to cancel my order or wait. And my time and money wasted??? Please take an example from my bad experience and avoid the frustration of dealing with them.
- Save your time and go to a Home Depot down in Maryland or Virginia. Chances are they don’t have everything you need for a bigger project.
- Relatively disappointing of late. I have been able to reach an Assistant Manager, (Parsley) who has saved the reputation of many operations. Front line workers are generally good but they have some asinine corporate policies (eg returns) that have forced me to other vendors. They were once my go to! Very sad.
- I love this store. I prefer Lowes than the HomeD. It feels safe and clean. I like that no one hanging around the parking lot.
I pretty much brought most of everything for my house from this store, decor, appliances, gardens,tools, construction supplies etc. Associates are always helpful and nice. Reasonable pricing and offered discount for some cases. I had experience with Ms.Tracy many times , she may not remember me but she is the best. She ran in and helped me carry bags of Mulch when she saw me struggle and offered to help me more. Many people are very nice here. They helped me look for my lost key for hours and took everything off the shelf to helped me find it. I'm really thankful for this event and definitely forever customer here.
- Clean and helpful if you can't find what you need. Seems to be well staffed so no long lines when we went on a Saturday morning. Store is one of the nicest and most upgraded Lowe's around. The parking lot is a bit of a headache because its shared with Costco and Chik Fil A.
- Need more employees that are knowledgeable and able to help customers
- Knowledgeable staff, friendly but not pushy. Patio stock adequate.
Warehouse orders came on time.
- I don't go to this lowes frequently enough for people who work there to know who I am. However, when I'm there the staff makes me feel like a regular. They are so kind. Consistently.
