Hertz Car Rental - Washington D.c. - Union Station

I had a great experience here. I was hesitant to choose this location based on Google reviews, but after finding the location I had a really good experience. They didn’t have the car I originally needed, so they moved things around and gave me one that was perfect. I also had an issue upon my return with the vehicle, and they were quick and courteous with their response. I will choose this location all the time going forward.

It took much longer than it should have to find this location in Union Station parking garage. What will it take for Hertz and the Union Station people to update the Hertz signs? It's not on the floor that the signs direct people to. It's on a floor that's somewhat hidden beneath the Enterprise rental. Also the car that we received had a key fob that stopped working, hence we could not start the car. That was fun to deal with on vacation.

You have to know that Hertz is between the Bus floor and the other rental car floor, there are no signs which leads you to hertz. Dont take the escalator

We got our car within 15 minutes, the staff was really friendly
