Bangladesh Embassy Team came to Ohio to help Bangladeshi people with their passport. I went with my wife. Each one of them are very helpful and friendly. No unnecessary waiting in the line. Got the best service. It was beyond my expectations.

The online service was great! As I was facing some issues with my MRP re-issue, they helped me to resolve and start processing my passport within a short time.

I sent out my passport to get a NVR in April 2023. I have sent out 2 return envelopes. The first one arrived early in August of 2023 and the second one arrived on the 25th of August 2023. I checked the update status on my passport for the NVR and the last update was on 8/29/2023. I haven’t received my passport in 5 months. I wrote down my email and phone number and I don’t get any updates. I call the phone that is listed, no one answers. I sent out emails, no one answers.

Man they are so rude…they talk like they don’t have enough time to talk with us…man you guys are public servants…you have to listen our problems…show some respect to us…..they treat us like we are not human..’

I made some unfortunate mistakes during my first arrival but the people in the embassy informed of a clean process that helped me to successfully submit my application during the 2nd time around. Thank you.

I received my passport, if a little late no problem. thanks washington passport office.
