This review is solely for Mune Wah. She went above and beyond in making sure our adoption paperwork was handled properly.

This place is a joke! The system is making the employees look bad. Please process whatever paper (Visa/Passport) that is needed before scheduling any travel (even if it is 2 years ahead). Don’t make plans based on guarantee from their system processing time.

Honestly would give it zero star if I could! A man I spoke to has very poor customer skills. When he answered the phone I was polite and told that I’ve been calling for the past few weeks but no answers and his response was “ just go straight to why you called” in a very hash tone and then he proceeded to have a conversation with another person while on the phone with me, I could literally hear the conversation and he just ignored me for a few minutes. Definitely will never be applying for a visa here again!
