Эрик Гарсетти: Концерты и любые большие мероприятия будут не скоро
Мэр Лос-Анджелеса Эрик Гарсетти заявил, что концерты и спортивные мероприятия могут вернуться не раньше 2021 года.
В интервью CNN Гарсетти сказал: «Трудно представить, что мы собираемся вместе тысячами в ближайшее время, поэтому я думаю, что мы должны быть готовы к этому в следующем году».
Он отмечает, что пока не будет вакцины или какой-либо другой формы иммунитета для COVID-19, маловероятно, что люди смогут собираться в такие большие группы.
«Чиновники из сферы здравоохранения ясно дали понять, что нам нужно пройти много миль, прежде чем мы сможем вернуться в такие условия», - сказал он.
Лос-Анджелес продлил пребывание в домашних условиях до 15 мая.
