В США запретили провозить в самолетах ноутбуки Apple
Федеральное авиационное управление США запретило провозить в самолете некоторые модели ноутбуков американской компании Apple
По данным издания, речь идет о технике MacBook Pro, реализованной с сентября 2015 по февраль 2017 года. Отмечается, что в июне Apple установила, что у ограниченного числа 15-дюймовых MacBook Pro раннего поколения батарея может перегреваться, что создает риск возникновения пожара. В связи с этим компания объявила об отзыве продукции.
Регулятор осведомлен о проблеме с батареями в некоторых ноутбуках и напомнил авиаперевозчикам следовать правилам безопасности. Согласно им, устройства, содержащие отозванные производителем батареи, не должны перевозиться в самолетах как в багаже, так и в ручной клади.
В 2016 году министерство транспорта США запретило провоз смартфонов Samsung Galaxy Note 7 на воздушном транспорте. До этого Samsung объявила, что из-за случаев самовозгорания и взрывов аккумуляторов смартфонов прекращает производство и продажу Galaxy Note 7.
