Mattress Firm Albuquerque

I do not usually leave reviews on a product. If the service I received was good, I feel that should be routine and not exceptional. The Mattress Firm, however, deserves special treatment. From Mr. Frank Romero (Manager), to Mr. Adrian Grammer our Salesman, to Mr. Sanchez (bed installer), we received the highest possible service. They were punctual, competent, absolutely honest and trustworthy, and always willing to go the extra mile to make the shopping experience a pleasure.
And, of course, we love our new Tempur-Pedic.mattress and adjustable frame. What else can I say about that. You are paying for the best, and that is exactly what you get.

Adrian was a helpful and very patient person with my husband and I. He was very knowledgeable with all the different types and brands of mattresses. He actually made our buying a mattress experience easy and stress free. Thank you for all your help.

My wife and I went into this place on a whim. We were shopping in the area and we have been talking about getting a new mattress, so we stopped by to check prices. We met Frank, the store manager, and he was amazing. My wife and I had found a particular brand that we both liked and he managed to find just what we needed. He walked us through the different brands that might work for us, and we found the perfect mattress.

Then Frank went above and beyond. He set us up with the financing plan, walked us through delivery options, and was helpful on determining our need for a base. In all, I felt like he listened to us, and presented us with all the options. We made a reservation for one of those mattresses and will be going back soon to finalize everything once we have fully worked out the financials on our side. I do hope that we get to work with Frank again.
