Went in for a micro sd card reader. The woman staff member looked up the wrong item, claimed I asked for a different item then claimed they did not have it. Went home and looked up the item there was plenty in stock. The sales associate was unable to find it, unable to identify it and unwilling to help. At this point why bother going into a store when you are met with cold shoulders. Might as well wait a week and order the part from Jeff Besos

The bathroom requires a code and they are too understaffed to have someone let you in when you gotta go. At least it's conveniently by the subway.

Terrible, terrible experience. I've purchased an iPhone 15 pro and insisted many times asking if it was unlocked. They confirmed, swore it was unlocked. Went back to my country and I tried to generate the eSim but, you guessed it, phone was actually locked.

Pésima atención. Queríamos comprar una computadora y una funda de kindle y estuvimos mas de media hora sin que nadie nos atienda. Cuando preguntamos nos dijeron de muy mala manera que teníamos que esperar. Obviamente nosfuimos sin comprar. No recomiendo esta sucursal.

At the 23rd Street branch I asked for a product. They told me they didn't have it and that there was only one in the Broadway store. They told me that if I wanted, I could pay for it and buy it at that branch. I paid 324 dollars. 1 hour later I went to the other branch to pick up the product and they said they didn't have it. It was on the computer but physically out of stock. Then they gave me a refund.
The next day I went to the Lexington Avenue branch, asked there, and they told me that the Broadway branch had one. They made me work for nothing and wasted a lot of time. Then I realized that they didn't correct their mistake on the computer.

Just spent $1500 for some lights at Best Buy. Chose to do the curbside pick up for an easy In and Out, didn't work. They delivered the product quickly enough, but then didn't give me any sort of receipt. I had to go inside to get a receipt as I'm not anywhere where I can print one and I need the receipt. I had to go inside to a very annoyed customer service agent named Pinar. She couldn't find my account, then when I went onto my phone to find it, she tried to grab my phone to do it, which I did not appreciate. Then when I asked her to just show me where on the phone I needed to go to get that information. She tried to touch my phone again. finally she found my account went and got my receipt and then wouldn't step step over 1 foot so that I had to walk over to her to get it. Worst customer service ever.

Deutlich bessere Preise als z.B. direkt bei Apple. Nicht vergessen, dass bei der Kasse noch die MwSt. draufkommen.
