Better than Home Depot I loved this spot large everything was there also conveniently close to subway

Staff very helpful in directing us to items we were looking for.

Most disorganized and unhelpful staff imaginable. I was purchasing 2 large items (toilets) and tried to find a cart for 10min, was told to look outside.. didn’t see one… then the same clerk who had an empty cart said she “needed this one” so wouldn’t give it to me.

Truly speaking one of the most disorganized operations I’ve ever encountered. Customer support is non-existent and reaching a manager is impossible no matter the circumstance. I had cabinets installed through Lowe’s and it was a terrible experience overall. Thousands of dollars were spent on a project and they treated me like a window shopper, or worse. Do not recommend.

Y'all need to install some cell repeaters. Every time I'm in there, my service is non-existent

We had the most incredibly wonderful sales help. Not only did Norma check us out, she loaded a heavy portable air conditioner into our car. Never ever ever have I had such phenomenal help in a big box store!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable lumber and paint staff

First time at Lowes, and we were very impressed with the inventory and cleanliness of the store. My regular go-to store didn't have the flooring, but Lowes had what the style and color we were looking for. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Update - The customer service has gotten real sparse along with available shopping carts. As well, the orgization, quality and availability of materials has decreased tremendously. Rust on metal framing, high priced lumber with riff ripples and warped everything, I've been forced to go across the street to Home Depot. What happened?

I am here almost 3-4 times a week. The people who work here are very nice. The only issue I have is with there app/website. It will give you a location and quantity in app, but you'll spend 2hrs walking up and down that aisle then asking 2 people only to find its Flooring or Roofing (just ask for "wood shims" and see what happens!). Wish you could share your cart as well. HD allows you to share a cart (via link) so it can be paid by others. They recently updated there MVP app which is a plus. I wish they had more in stock items. New payment kiosks are better at self checkout.

Nice store, clean and well-stocked, but the posted hours aren't accurate - they close at 10 pm rather than 11 pm (yes I wanted to do some late-night shopping).

This is a hidden one. Very clean and neat. Staff will help if you ask. Parking can be a problem as the lot is small so go on slower hours. Overall good experience
