- Very unhappy experience! We went in the early morning before they got busy, he said around 15 mins waiting time. But they kept us waiting around 40 mins, in the meantime I checked a few times nicely, eventually I got mad , and this staff called Patrick said could you wait another 5-10 mins? Or you can leave you don’t have to wait! I didn’t expect Apple to treat the clients this way. What do you say if it is you?
- It was a pleasant visit and the tech cleaned my phone so I can hear and got my email going through outlook. He was Awesome.
- I mean, it's the Apple Store. Show you all these mediocre gadgets and then want to overcharge you for them

- I dropped off my MacBook here before class due to the touchbar having issues. The staff is so kind. I didn’t have an appointment but they saw me within 45 minutes. 2 gentlemen helped me, I wish I could remember both names.
- If employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend make an appointment before you go.
