- We had a huge issue with the new (6-month) mattress that we purchased from Mattress Firm Midtown. Romeo was so great at facilitating a warranty replacement. He gave us instructions on applying online, and it went so smoothly we had to go back and thank him in person. Romeo is knowledgeable, friendly, full of personality, and an asset to the company!

We dropped into Mattress Firm Midtown and Romeo greeted us immediately. He instantly put my wife at ease with all of the questions she kept asking about styles and technology. Romeo’s wealth of knowledge and easy to understand explanations are largely why we left with a purchase that we won’t regret.
