Located in the heart of Brentwood, just south of Koenig/2222 on Burnet, next to Forest Family Dental and Karavel Shoes, this Ally Medical Emergency Room serves all of Central Austin, with easy access for Brentwood, Crestview, Allandale, UT Campus, Rosedale, and North Loop residents.
Each Ally Medical ER is equipped to treat both minor and major medical emergencies for children and adults of all ages in a safe, stress-free setting. Come in or call whenever you need us.
Our goal is to minimize any waiting, but we do have comfortable seating areas for visitors. Our patient rooms are private and restful.
Our medical staff specializes in providing emergency care and trauma care, ranging from broken bones and other injuries to infections, allergy and asthma attacks, and severe stomach pain or chest pain that may indicate a serious condition. We provide on-site testing, including CT scans, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging, as well as lab tests for fast results and accurate diagnoses.

- The receptionist was so kind, and I was seen immediately. The Dr. and nurses were great as well. I got my blood drawn, did a cat scan, and received the results within 2 hours. I was also given medicine that seemed to be exactly what I needed because I started feeling better soon after taking it, and continued to progressively get better post visit. I had a great experience and would definitely return to Ally.
- Ally ERs are just the best. I visited this location on a Friday morning and the wait time was so quick and everyone was very calm, caring, and patient. I felt really listened to, and the techs, nurses, and doctor really took their time and explained things thoroughly and answered all my questions. - Last week, my 6y old daughter split her chin open and had to get stitches. The staff here were great and my daughter felt very comfortable. Dr. Chilton did a great job (the stitches are healing very nicely!) and my daughter thought he was nice and funny. Daniela and Kaela were very sweet as well. My daughter didn’t cry once. Thank you all so much!
