- I have been here a few times and it's the same thing every time! The manager David comes off as nice and helpful but in reality he cares nothing about keeping a schedule. Today I was told to come back at 2PM as he would be able to take care of me in a more timely manner. I only needed 1 tire checked. (It kept going flat) this is the 3rd time here for the same issue on new tires from them. I had another tire in my truck to be checked. They did a visual inspection only and returned it to the trunk after telling me they would check it in the sink tank which should have been standard procedure. David them proceeds to make it seem like it was my fault it didn't get done because I requested my car be returned to me after sitting for 30 minutes AFTER he said the car tire was fixed. This place is a joke. The manager and the staff. Please go to another location.

- Sent away for a scheduled visit because it wasn't scheduled in the way the shop preferred.
Scheduled a visit online for a tire balance. Arrived on time, was told that they could not accommodate me because they were overbooked. They never called or contacted me to say the appointment was a problem. Was told not to use the online scheduling tool in future at checkin. This is besides that the appointment is needed because, I suspect but cannot prove, the tire/wheel at issue was not balanced correctly, if at all, when installed. No part of this is OK for an established modern business generally, let alone Firestone. "We won't see you for your scheduled visit, try again later and don't use our scheduling tools" is a joke, and management should be embarrassed. Appt was Sun Jan 8 1100AM.
