- This service dealership was slammed when we got there, but the routine maintenance we needed was done that day. We travelled a bit to get there, so it was wonderful that they provided us with loaner Tesla. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. The facility was immaculate. Say yes to Tes!
- Cody was awesome, the entire experience was amazing and I had 0 issues with inspection, and my trade in. All in all it took 19 days from ordering to delivery day. Cody addressed my concerns (I had very minute scratches that were buffed out when I asked about it, no other issues).
The facility itself was nice looking, had some cars in the showroom to take a look at, free wifi and coffee/tea. I don't know about the service center, but hopefully it's like the rest of the experience. I'll be enjoying my model 3 performance and won't be going back to a dealership ever again.
- Had a wonderful experience test, driving and subsequently purchasing a Tesla! Melissa was more than helpful and answered any question we had very directly. I would highly recommend this location and Melissa as an agent. We did not feel the same amount of attention from the location. We picked our purchase up from, but were grateful nonetheless to Melissa for the good experiences we did have.
