REVIEWS
- Not sure the bad reviews - my experience was extremely positive. My 1st time in a D&G in Chicago. I was treated well from the moment I walked in and given multiple options for what I asked for. I did not buy anything & would absolutely return again to ensure I bought from the sales associate I worked with. Thank you!
- Terrible place! I usually buy things from high end stores and I’ve never been treated like this!
First of all I came in looking for a top and the lady who sold it to me had an attitude, I went in to try it on the fitting room and not even 30 seconds had passed and she was always bothering me asking if I was done. Then, when I decided I was gonna get the top I was about to pay and she asked to see my drivers license and credit card, like if I was using someone else’s. Then, she proceeded to remove all the tags from the item I bought! I was kinda weirded out because usually when I buy a product they always give it to me with tags. Then, when I got home I realize she had removed every single tag from my item! I called another store and asked if it was normal they remove tags when selling something and they told me she shouldn’t have removed any tags specially if I wanted to exchange it or even return it. The person who did this is called Bryana and is a black woman who should not work in retail given her attitude and appearance. Her wig was showing all the glue on the front lace and was actually disgusting to look at. I’d recommend you either buy online or try sacks or Neiman.
