- Wonderful car rental experience. The car we received in Dallas was outstanding and the checkout process was wonderful. The attendant that checked us out was very knowledgeable in answering all questions and was very pleasant. The same when we dropped off the car. It was done quickly and efficiently but they were all very polite! Would highly recommend!
- Budget is my go to for Rental cars. Their prices are fair, the staff is always friendly and the process is smooth. I hardly wait in line when its time to pick up my car. My main reason for loving Budget is Im never pressured to getting anything extra.
- Budget at Lovefield airport in Dallas was top notch! There was no waiting for a shuttle either to rental office or back to the airport. My car was clean and performed well. Employees were very friendly and helpful!
Proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
