The IKEA Family Membership (the “Membership”), including the use of an IKEA Family card or IKEA Family number, and any benefits under the Membership, are subject to the following terms and conditions (“IKEA Family Terms”).  References to "you" and "your" mean the applicable IKEA Family member. 


Signing up for IKEA Family Membership is free. By signing up for the Membership, you have read and agree to be bound by, and hereby accept these IKEA Family Terms as well as the general Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. 5% In-Store Discount on Eligible Purchases:


Beginning September 1, 2022, IKEA Family members will receive a 5% discount on home furnishing product purchases when they scan their IKEA Family card or present their IKEA Family number at checkout. Valid in-store only for IKEA Family members and cannot be shared or transferred, not for online purchases. Discount applied before tax, shipping, and handling.  Not valid on delivery, installation, assembly, or tax; previous purchases*, price adjustments,​ or on the purchase of IKEA Gift Cards; or IKEA Swedish Restaurant, or for IKEA Bistro food products.  Offer excludes Click & Collect , Kitchen Planning, other IKEA services, and third party products/services. 5% discount cannot be combined with any coupons or other offers. For multiple item transactions, discount is applied on eligible items purchased, as shown on receipt. If you return an item, only the net purchase price will be refunded.

I like ikea, I always have. I've been to ikea stores in other states and I would have to say that this store has the rudest employees. To be fair I've spoken to very nice ones who have been pleasant and helpful. But more often than not I have at least two experiences with rude employees each time I visit. Yesterday some rude , dare I say Karen type, asked us if we needed to check out as we were leaving. We showed her our receipt and she smarted off in a very rude manor and said it was just a question. To which my husband said its just an answer. We were polite but she clearly had a bug up her butt. And she spoke in that wierd Karen accent that is so pretentious she was actually hard to understand. I dont like using the Karen thing but this is the best description of her manor and attitude. I'm sure that those who work there would know exactly who I'm talking about with that description. It was closing time as we were leaving. Most states with an ikea are awesome. This ones just okay. Even the restraunt is just meh. Always out of stuff and they act like we're bothering them to go up and place an order. Ikea products are mostly pretty cool and unique but the people make it or break it. The people here need to be more polite. I try to go once every 4 months or so ,so that I can get what I need but mitigate my contact with these rude Denverites. This is the world now I guess.

Good ikea nice employees. Very helpful and patient with lots of questions. Only complaint is that we got no information on how long until we would be receiving our delivery that we ordered. No information on that was on the paper we were given though we should have checked before leaving.

What’s up with waiting 30 minutes to pick up a shelf after purchasing it in store. First time in Ikea. Seems like a flawed system.

Love ikea but it was hot inside and out today! I know it is a huge place to cool but I was sweating when I left.

Experience is not for me. It’s a long drawn out walk to find things you like, only to then have to play scavenger hunt to track down everything. A lot of things aren’t even available either. Then you have to take your boxes back to your house and spend 2-4 hours assembling it. For me it’s not efficient however if you were a newer couple or some old folks I could see the appeal, just a time costly and inefficient method to me.

I really liked the way this one was laid out. The showroom was upstairs. The marketplace was on the main floor. Made it very easy if you knew what you wanted to go in and get without having to weave through the showroom like some places are laid out.

Not just a normal furniture store. The food is good too. And definitely pick up a bottle of Apple Lingonberry sparkling juice and a jar of Orange Elderflower Marmalade. You'll thank me later for it.

Massive wherehouse style store. The inside departments have everything you probably don't have and it's well layed out. Ikea is much better than I antisipated. There is a huge multi level parking structure. It is definately worth a visit!

Karla was SO HELPFUL in helping to design our closet!! She provided expert guidance and did an excellent job maximizing our space!! Absolutely brilliant !!

Employees need to be trained better. My wife and daughter purchased the Malm bed and asked what other pieces they needed to complete the bed. Two employees failed to mention they needed slats to support the mattress. Of, course I discovered the error when assembling the bed in my daughter's new apartment in Albuquerque, NM a week later (where there is no Ikea). Now she has to order one and wait for it to be delivered.

Ordered online, wanted delivery to my doorstep since I was going to be busy for a couple of hours. They outsource delivery and the delivery company requested I be there regardless of the option I selected at checkout through the website. Any company who outsources delivery has always been a bust for me. Last time I order from Ikea

Elevators that don't work. The escalator didn't work. Not conducive for handicapped people. Then there's bathroom issues too.

I’ve had a horrible experience today. I bought a backsalen couch, took it home, and assembled it per the instructions. After assembling the entire couch it turns out the chaise came defective. I called customer service to confirm that it was defective and they instructed me to take the whole chaise back to the store. I went to the store with my chaise and the store confirmed that it was defective. The store couldn’t do an exchange because they didn’t have it in stock, and they also refused to place a hold on my replacement part. The store also refused to refund the item unless I disassembled the whole couch and brought it back. I asked for a number to complain to and they told me I could come back to the store for a 3rd time to speak to the store manager. I’m not driving back just hear someone tell me store policy says that I am out of luck. IKEA left me with a $100+ pile of trash and refuses to guarantee a fix for their defective product. I won’t be shopping with IKEA again and I would recommend that you don’t either if you value customer service.

Customer service here is terrible. We just want the all parts for our bed, but they just kept saying "we're not like other stores" when we asked for very basic and extremely reasonable help. So yes, other stores usually help their customers.

Ya know when this place first opened up honestly the prices were really good. NOW it's way over priced for the quality you get. I GET IT there are a few things that are at a good deal but not good enough for me to want to spend hours walking around in a crowd of what seems like endless store.
