- So we’re on a road trip from Omaha to Minneapolis and my auto pilot stops working. We call Tesla in Urbandale and Zack in maintenance got me in fixed the problem and charged us so we were able to make it to the Twins game on time. The whole staff was great and friendly. The place is practically new and they sell Teslas. The best car in America.
- Service is very very good; team is cordial and helpful. I have done service twice and all issues have been addressed. Second time now, I was able to get a loaner to go to work.
- I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. The service was seamless, from scheduling on the app to being alerted to when it was complete. They provided me with a loaner, resolved my issue within a few hours, and even vacuumed the back. The facility is beautiful & the employees are all very friendly & helpful.
