- The worst customer service the white guy littery told me im not a customer when every people coming to the store are a cuatomer no matter if i have something or not im a customer, i just ask for restroom and they just told me im not a customer because i dont have nothing from the store with me, so i. Need to buy something in order yo use the restroom i was desperate so i bought whatever and show the receipt to use the restroom if i can give you 0 start i do it.
- Tons of products for your pets. They have all kinds of food, treats, toys, and other products for dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, and fish. Can't speak to the quality of services, but prices seem in line with other stores.
- Kellee is the sweetest and kindest employee I’ve ever met she is truly passionate about animals and treats every pet as her own!!!
- They had close to no vet cat food, not even in the big bags or small bags. The small bags they did have were not the kind I need for my cat. So I had to go to a completely different location. I don't understand normally they have the shelves jam-packed. Considering you need a prescription for it, sounds like someone just didn't order ahead enough.
- Was disappointed that there were no puppies there. But it's a nice store, friendly employees and a lot of merchandise.
