- I had the absolute worst experience at this Best Buy. I visited to purchase a phone and despite it being early morning, not one individual approached me to help.. When I Stop the person for help she stated, she was the only one in that section and was unable to assist. She said she'd call someone for me but no one came and as I was leaving the store. I asked to see the manager and they went through the same process of trying to call him.I will not give my hard earned money to this store.
- They don't have enough representatives working there. However it's better then gateway.
- Walked right in and was able to get what I ordered with out a crazy wait...win win!
- Customer Service is non existing. Went in the morning, store was empty and all the employees were looking at their cellphones. Had to interrupt one of them to help me with chosing a computer. Very rude he said he will call someone to help me. 10min passed finally someone appeared. He didn't try to sell me anything, he looked high, he wasn't there to work clearly...asked him about a student discount that I know they have. He said no, told him I know you have it, he said no and I thought, not going to fight this anymore give me the computer and I'm on my way. Not coming back to this location.
