- Best Buy has one of the best personnel in the industry. But there are not enough of them. It is a problem because layout of the shop is very confusing. I spent closer to one hour at that location looking for a very specific piece of equipment. It’s almost impossible to locate it yourself. It could be in video section. It could be photo section. It could be in vlogging or action camera section.. then after frustration, you try to find employee to help you - and it’s very hard to find one available. Once again customer service is superb. They are very friendly but it is almost impossible to locate small piece of hardware you look up on the website.
- Ceasar’s Bay shopping mall includes kohl’s, target’s, Best Buy department stores and some other retailers. This place has a huge parking lot and a nice view of Atlantic Ocean and Verrazano bridges
- I recently visited Best Buy in search of a specific product, and while I didn't find what I was looking for, I must commend them on their excellent customer service. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me.
Upon entering the store, I was promptly greeted by a helpful employee who asked about my needs. They listened attentively to my requirements and tried their best to guide me towards suitable alternatives. Despite their efforts, unfortunately, the particular item I was after was not in stock. However, I want to emphasize that my disappointment was not due to any shortcomings on the part of the staff. They did everything they could to accommodate me, providing me with alternative options and suggesting other stores that might carry the item I needed. I truly appreciated their dedication and willingness to assist.
The store itself was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate the aisles. The staff seemed genuinely passionate about their work, and their enthusiasm was contagious. Even though I left empty-handed, I left with a positive impression of the store and its employees. While Best Buy may not have had the specific product I was looking for during my visit, I can confidently say that their customer service was exceptional. I would recommend this store to others based on the friendly and knowledgeable staff who strive to provide a great shopping experience.
