It's good to know there is still a few Best Buy locations. This location just happens to be my favorite. Also if you find things a little on the high side they do price match their competitors. The Geek Squad in my humble opinion happen to be some of the best technicians in the industry. Thank you Best Buy for continuing to exist.

Worker's giving wrong information and then after you do what they say they come up with a different answer which can't be corrected because the wrong actions were done and you can't go backwards!!!

I just went to this Best Buy location . The costumer service is the worse. No on try to help you. I was try to buy a TV to get it Delivered. I ask a employ , he send me to one of the cashier to get it shcedule . I do the line and the female tells I cannot help you. Go to the other register. I said the send to this cashier register. Wym ? I went they got me back and forwarded. The other guy was seat . Like they don't want to work. Best Buy always is good on helping costumers not this store . 0 stars I give 1 cause is the less I can click. I wil take my $ to Target or PC Ricchards . Hoping they treat me better . They all got the same price on the TV's . I went to Best Buy first cause my experience in the past is been good till today.

Made an appointment with Geek Squad to get my battery fixed for my IPhone. Waited for 20 minutes and then was told that I should make an appointment at Apple. A couple and utter waste of my time.

Bought a laptop and added the warranty. Salesperson conveniently neglects to disclose that it's a recurring fee that auto-renews. All the reps are in sync on this fraud by backing each other up by stating "it was on the pad when you signed to accept." I have managed in Retail for many years and even from an inside view I know that they know these tactics are unethical. Companies like BestBuy hold trainings against this only to disengage them from fraud-liability, but turn a blind-eye knowing their employee use these omissions to meet quotas. #Shame #bestbuyDoBetter #howthesausagegetsmade

If I could give it a 0, I would. Geek Squad and returns and exchanges are useless. What is the point of insurance if when you go in, they don’t even look at the problem, nor diagnose the issue and say “we can’t fix it”. You pay almost 200 dollars for a monitor with insurance, the screen stops working through no fault of your own, and you think to yourself “I have insurance” I go to the Best Buy Chat Support and they tell me, yes you can go and return it or make a geek squad appointment. I try to do both and I’m instantly turned away. How is that any fair? It’s well and truly disappointing and I’ve had such a run around with their support and in store that I’m just fed up at the moment. Don’t waste your time with this store.
