I came to Bay Ridge Honda, for one reason and one reason only to drive away in my new car. The sales person showed me a few cars and I picked one, the Honda RH-V a cute little car that I loved while I was waiting for the approval of everything, the staffs were so friendly, and mannerly they offered me coffee and explained everything from the cost ,to the insurance etc. Before everything was final, Stephen the sales person showed me how to navigate the car, and made some adjustments to my need. I loved this car.it rides very smooth. When it goes over a bump you don’t feel it. It’s a smooooth ride.

Jamie at Bay Ridge Honda is phenomenal. From 2018 until now, no bad words or reviews about his work ethic. He’s very hands on and he’s has all information you may need if not he is very timely with getting you the information you may need.

I had been car shopping out of necessity and for a short period. During that time I researched the different dealerships and visited several. I found during that period that many of the dealerships were selling cars with an additional 10% above the total sticker price. At one dealership I wanted an HRV and the salesperson told me it was the dealership policy to mark. up the sticker price which included tax and DMV cost an additional 10% the total of cost of the HRV became the cost of a CRV. With a migraine I walked into Bay Ridge Honda and was met at reception with a warm welcome. A young lady named Tatyana came forward to assist me. She told me about each of the different cars I was interested in - She knew her stuff because I had already done my research and unbeknownst to her I am a car lover. She was very transparent concerning their financial dealings (no unexplainable hidden costs). Right there I decided that she would be my sales rep. Her knowledge, easy going disposition, ability to make me comfortable in my decision making process and most of all non-pushy attitude checked all the spots for me. She even offered driving tips-loved those. To top it off the financial manager gave me great advice and worked to ensure that it fit my budget. all in all I would definitely recommend this dealership and most of all I would recommend Tatyana as your Sales Rep. Amazing amazing amazing! We were shopping around for a lease but the service could not be Matched we drove all the way from North Jersey to come back!
This is our second lease from Honda Bay Ridge and the customer service is truly the best! We worked with Luis and he was very accommodating, respected our needs and helped us find a great deal and the best car option for our family. It wasn’t a matter of just selling a car - whoever does this team’s sales training needs to be rewarded- they get to know us and our needs and they listened!

During the finances we worked with Asad. This was the second time working with him when closing out a deal and he was great! Easy to work with and answered any questions clearly and direct. He greeted us with such a welcoming smile, it felt like we were sitting in a friendly face and not a car sales man! Such a smooth transaction it was worth the drive!
Highly recommend!!! And absolutely worth the drive!!!

They tell you want you want to hear and when u arrive they switch there entire tune. So they can get more money. They don't even deserve one star.. Trust me DO Not Buy your vehicle here. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Went to another Honda dealership not only did I leave with the vehicle I wanted I gave the same down-payment amount and all went well.

I've been to a number of car dealerships in different locations. Bayridge Honda is definitely in the top five. They're transparent with everything, prices, vehicle, etc. I definitely plan on doing business with them in the future.
Chad took control of the situation and got everything done and I saved money

Luis Cintron is EXCELLENT! He is very patient, honest & understanding. He help me through the whole process, help me choose a car that fit my budget & lifestyle. Answer every questions I had - even the questions I thought was foolish - he never made me feel like it was, haha (which was nice). I walked out with the best decision thanks to him. He truly care about his customers & does not stop helping until you are truly confident with your decision. I had an amazing experience from the moment I walk in. His customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Luis to anyone looking for excellent service.

We bought a used Honda Odyssey with help from Stephanie Rivera. She was professional, clear, polite, and very pleasant to work with. She streamlined the entire process of our purchase. She also assisted with correcting a scratch we found on the car and arranged it to be fixed like new at no extra charge. Overall, it was a great experience!

I’ve been to dealerships to purchase cars many times in my lifetime but never had anyone as kind, thoughtful and thorough like someone that will forever be a part of my family, Asad Basha. I have been doing business with Bay Ridge Honda for over 30 years they are fantastic.i just purchased a 2024 Honda ex accord the salesman Luis Cintron was the best and most professional car salesman I have ever met in all my years buying cars.i have his cell number in case I have to ask him a question and he answers right back.The car is georgeous and Luis Cintron became a friend for life.There is no doubt Bay Ridge Honda is the only dealer to buy a Honda from and Luis CIntron the only salesperson to buy a car from.i will tell all my friends to go to him for a car.Extremely happy new car owner with the car dealership and Luis Cintron for life.

I can’t recommend it as a good choice for buying a car.
The general impression is bad.
Despite the fact that Owais Khan did his job well, everything that was beyond his competence looks rather insincere.
Be very careful when transferring money to the salon’s account - getting it back will be very problematic despite all the salon’s promises.

I have been leasing cars from Bay Ridge Honda for some time now. I have previously written positive reviews about Bay Ridge Honda and Igor Shiff. Well, here is another one. Igor is by far the most knowledgable, dedicated, honest, no nonsense car rep that I have encountered. Please don't take this lightly as he always has my best interest at heart. Igor is not afraid to advise me of what he feels is best, even if it means not making a sale right on the spot. For instance, I was in a rush to lease a new CRV this past summer, but after speaking with Igor about my particular needs, he said wait a couple of months. Earlier this week, I picked up my new CRV Hybrid Sport and am insanely happy with it as well as Igor's guidance. What can I say, Igor is the Man!

They made me make insurance, wait for over 3 hours “waiting for papers with the bank” and after signing everything they said i’m sorry, just found out another customer put a deposit on it yesterday.
